Ulrike Nagel (born 1979) is a German-Dutch journalist, editor, and Germany specialist known for her work with NOS public broadcasting in the Netherlands, where she focuses on podcasts, radio programs, and reporting on German affairs.

Ulrike Nagel is a German-Dutch journalist and editor born in 1979 in Greifswald, GDR, who grew up in East Berlin and moved to the Netherlands at age 19. She studied communication sciences at the University of Groningen and completed a postgraduate program in radio and television journalism.
Her career spans regional and national Dutch broadcasting, including roles at RTV Utrecht, freelance correspondent work in Berlin for RBB and Dutch outlets, and current editorial positions at NOS on the podcast De Dag and radio program Met het Oog op Morgen. She is also recognized as a Germany expert on Dutch media and created the 2024 podcast Over de Muur about the Berlin Wall’s legacy.
