On January 16, 2023, the official launch ceremony for the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) BOOST Robotics EastNL took place in the presence of Provincial Executive Members Helga Witjes and Eddy van Hijum. Ulrike Nagel served as chair of the event in Zutphen.
On January 2, the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) BOOST Robotics EastNL was launched. Through this new European program, the existing HUB BOOST Smart Industry—now operating under its new name—will work to promote digitalization in the business community. BOOST Robotics focuses on robotics and sensor technology in cyber-physical systems and the application of AI and cybersecurity, particularly in the manufacturing, agri-food, and MedTech sectors.
